Please make some noise! We need this to be done!
Minnesota’s h**p beverage industry is at risk.
Unless Congress acts now, h**p-derived beverages — along with many gummies and CBD products — will become federally illegal on November 12, 2026. And start disapearing off shelves much sooner.
This federal ban overrides Minnesota law.
That means regulated low-dose beverages could disappear from shelves, taprooms, liquor stores, and retailers across the state.
If this happens:
→ Small businesses lose critical revenue
→ Local breweries and beverage makers may be forced to contract or close
→ Jobs tied to brewing, manufacturing, retail, distribution, and hospitality are impacted
→ Consumers are pushed toward unregulated markets instead of safe, tested products
This impacts Minnesota products, Minnesota businesses, and Minnesota people.
We’re asking fellow breweries, brands, retailers, artists, musicians, hospitality partners, and community supporters to help spread the word.
