Can exercise influence breast milk composition? Help researchers at Mayo Clinic uncover the benefits of postpartum exercise on breast milk composition by participating in a research study.

We are seeking healthy breastfeeding women who are 2 to 4 months postpartum to participate in this study. Participation will last approximately 1.5 months and includes 3 study visits to the Clinical Trials Research Unit (CRTU) at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.

Study participation includes:
▪️1 screening visit and 3 outpatient visits
▪️Blood draws and vital sign assessments
▪️DEXA scan for body composition
▪️Treadmill exercise testing
▪️Breast milk sample collection
▪️Questionnaires
▪️Meals provided prior at outpatient visits

Join us for an Infant Massage Pop-Up, with MedCity Doulas, and learn simple massage techniques you can use to support your baby’s relaxation, bonding, digestion, sleep, and overall well-being.

This class is designed for parents and caregivers with babies 0–9 months and offers a relaxed, welcoming space to learn, ask questions, and connect with others in a similar season of life.

No experience needed. Just bring your baby.

Your identity shouldn’t determine whether you can get the health care you need.

As we celebrate and the vibrant ACOG community, we recognize that not everyone has access to safe, inclusive care.

We believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, patient-centered care backed by evidence and science at every stage. Our work to protect the patient–physician relationship and keep health care decisions between patients and their ob-gyns helps put that belief into action.

We will continue to defend ob-gyns’ ability to deliver the respectful care their patients deserve—free of restrictions, burdens, or stigma—so everyone can feel safe showing up as they are.
