I can't put into words how this weekend was exactly what I needed. I have so few photos to share with you because my phone was in my pocket while I was talking to all of the wonderful clinicians at the FAND conference!

It was my honor to share "Working with Eating Disorders" with you and to take part in your 90th birthday! Hope to see you at FNCE, in , or (maybe even) next year's conference.

That’s why Penfield Yoga Therapy and I created The Intention Reset. A unique and supportive program for people who are:
