As you may or may not know, our mental health alliances are community-driven and supported by volunteers and employees of existing organizations that allow their employees the time to participate and grow the alliances. The Alliances themselves have no employees and meetings and events are funded through donations and small grants.

Please consider supporting the Rochester Mental Health Alliance (RMHA) at their Cinco’s Cantina fundraiser so that the RMHA can continue to build their mental health alliance resources to serve their community.

PLUS, this fundraiser is fun—and everyone needs to eat! Cinco’s has delicious food too!

This practical, skills-based free training Sept 1 and 2 at our headquarters in Rochester will teach you how to recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in adults.
