Special Leisure Services Foundation
(SLSF), a 501 (c) (3) non-profit
foundation, is the fundraising
arm of Northwest Special Recreation
Association. NWSRA is a partnership
of seventeen park districts in the
northwest suburban corridor of
Chicago providing year-round
recreational services to children
and adults with disabilities. Current participation levels exceed
18,000 registrations per year. Th

In the first year, Bridges of Poplar Creek Golf Classic raised funds for the beautiful Vogelei House in Hoffman Estates! Now, the Vogelei House holds exciting programming for NWSRA participants like this:
On Saturdays, participants meet up at the Vogelei House to build community awareness, socialization and leisure time through participation in community activities!
