It's almost that time of year again...

Are the summer critters ticking you off?

Summer means more sunshine, more adventures... and yep, more ticks.
These tiny pests are sneaky — and the diseases they carry can be serious.

So how do you protect yourself and your family without staying locked indoors?

Here’s what you really need to know:

✔️ Ticks hide in tall grass, wooded trails, and even your backyard
✔️ Use a safe, natural repellent (we love Murphy’s Naturals!)
✔️ Avoid dense brush, treat your clothes, and always shower + check after being outdoors

If you get bitten... Don’t panic.
Remove the tick ASAP using tweezers (pull straight out, don’t twist), clean the area, and apply something soothing like lavender oil or rubbing alcohol.

Then… keep an eye out for symptoms.
