This 64 year old patient came to Dr. Leake seeking revisions from a previous subsmas facelift. Dr. Leake recommended a revision deep plane facelift, deep neck lift with partial gland removal, buccal fat removal and transfer to hollowed areas, Botox Cosmetic to the temporalis, periorbital fractional co2 laser, transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty, Morphues8 to the malar festoons and PRP to the scalp.

This is just six weeks post op and is already looking amazing! She still has some submental swelling, which will resolve over the next few weeks.
