Today, our Designated Manager Alyssa Thompson is participating in Ukeru Instructor Training—an important step in continuing to strengthen how we support individuals with compassion, safety, and respect.

Ukeru focuses on trauma-informed, safety-centered approaches that reduce the need for physical interventions and help teams respond in ways that protect dignity while keeping everyone safe.
