Because of generous community partners like the Tracy Family Foundation, lives are being transformed every day.

Thank you for awarding a $15,000 grant to support Community Living's SOAR program, which provides after-school, break camp, and summer opportunities for children and teens with disabilities in St. Charles County.

Your support helps young people build friendships, gain independence, and enjoy enriching experiences in a safe and welcoming environment. Together, we're creating more opportunities for every individual to learn, grow, and belong.

💙 Thank you for believing in our mission and the families we serve.

🍔✨ Learning in action!

After spending August learning about budgeting, ordering food, using debit and gift cards, and dining etiquette, Young Adult Program participants put their skills to the test during a visit to McDonald's. From placing their own orders to paying for their meals, everyone did a fantastic job and enjoyed lunch and dessert with friends.

The outing was a huge success, and participants are already asking, "Where can we go next?" We're excited to continue creating opportunities that build confidence, independence, and real-world life skills through future community outings. 💙
