We’re proud to introduce Samuel Lucio, FNP-C, now seeing new patients at our Stone Oak location.

Sam’s path to healthcare started close to home, helping care for his grandmother and seeing firsthand the difference compassionate care can make. That early experience helped shape the kind of provider he is today: attentive, grounded, and committed to making patients feel supported.

A San Antonio native, Sam served in the United States Army as a medical laboratory specialist in Germany before earning both his Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He began his nursing career in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and later became a Family Nurse Practitioner, caring for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

At Tailored MD, Sam brings a steady, patient-centered approach to primary care and is ready to welcome new patients in Stone Oak.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his family.

We’re excited to welcome Dale Conover, FNP-C to the Tailored MD team!

Dale is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 9 years of experience in primary care, functional medicine, and integrative wellness. He brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to care, with a focus on chronic disease management, preventive care, hormonal health, nutrition, lifestyle optimization, and individualized treatment planning.

His background includes intensive care, medical-surgical nursing, and outpatient primary care, giving him a well-rounded foundation for caring for patients across different stages of life.

Dale will be accepting new patients at our Medical Center branch beginning June 2026.

Outside of work, Dale enjoys playing tennis, making music, and traveling.
