Hosted in a gorgeous and active pistachio farm, built around a Spanish colonial fortress with an active adobe factory, Bitter Lakes Farm, this is a one of a kind venue.
Led by certified instructor, Mathew Walsh, who has assisted Wim on 2 Winter Expeditions with over 800 students, and has been an instructor for 7 years. Mathew is also an active firefighter paramedic with 14 years of EMS and Fire experience.
