OCEAN DRUM- Community Music Therapy Why Ocean Drum? Because our nervous systems need places to land. We do OCEAN DRUM circles at the beach- open to all- as a community service. Drums are provided.

Ocean Drum offers inclusive, grounding drum circle experiences rooted in community music therapy—designed to reduce stress, support healing, and bring people back into connection. We also work with corporate teams, yoga & wellness communities, and individuals navigating chronic pain, stress, or mental health challenges. Sessions are guided, non-performative, and beginner-friendly. Join us at the beach or invite Ocean Drum to your space.
