One of my favorite parts of teaching Motor Babies is seeing just how much progress babies can make in a single session. 🤍

Parents will often tell me, “My baby wasn’t doing this before!” Then, after just one class, they’re learning new activities, movements, and ways to play with their baby at home.

Those little changes can make such a big difference, especially with our tiniest newborns. Sometimes something that initially looks like a concern can change so much with the right foundation, practice, and support.

And of course, the smiling babies are my favorite part. 🥹💛

Motor & Mind Baby was created to fill a gap in support for parents and babies.  

After years of working in the NICU and supporting babies with special needs or at risk of developmental delays, I had a strong foundation for helping babies who needed extra support.

I was surprised to discover that a growing number of healthy, full-term babies in the community were struggling with motor development and in need of skilled support.  

That’s when I realized there was a gap between knowing what to expect with motor milestones and knowing how to actually support milestones through everyday movement and play.

That realization is what inspired me to start offering classes for families and eventually led to Motor & Mind Baby. 🤍

Because I believe every baby deserves the opportunity to build strong foundations from the very beginning.

Tummy time matters — even in the newborn stage. 🤍

Those little wiggles, head lifts, pushes, and turns are helping your baby build the strength, coordination, and body awareness they’ll need for future motor milestones.

And tummy time doesn’t always have to look like your baby lying on a play mat! For newborns especially, there are gentle and supportive ways to introduce tummy time naturally throughout the day from the very beginning.

✨ That’s exactly why we created Pups! 🐶

Our NEW Pups class is designed specifically for babies newborn–10 weeks and gives parents practical tools to support their baby during those very first weeks.

During this 2-class session, parents will learn about:
