I only pierce with hollow needles and all my jewelery options are implant grade titanium.

Sometimes plans change for the better! Client came in for a traditional navel piercing, after an anatomy assessment we decided a floating navel was the better option. Navel piercings ARE anatomy dependant and prone to migration and rejection if done improperly.
