🚨CLIENT SPOTLIGHT!🚨

Please take the time to read about Brian's story. He has achieved many great things since joining TONE Fitness in January 2026!

➡️ The progress he has made with things related to the scale is absolutely amazing. However, his improved strength, coordination, and confidence in and out of the gym have been the bigger game-changers.

➡️ For most of us, we don't go to the gym to be the best at "gym stuff". We want your hard work to help improve your health, your fitness, your confidence, and your ability to live life happier.

🔥CLIENT SPOTLIGHT!🔥

One of our TONE Fitness members (.dejong) competed in the Midwest Fitness Fest Powerlifting Meet this last weekend.

With the help from one of our coaches () and Cindy's natural perseverance, she was able to PR two of her lifts!!

SQUAT: 215lb
BENCH: 132.25lb (personal record)
DEADLIFT: 260lb (personal record)

Congratulations to Cindy and all of the competitors at the event in Fargo, ND this last weekend.

We are proud of you and we appreciate the strength you show through all aspects of your life...not only with the barbells.

We honor those who have fallen...

There are many ways to honor those who served our country and paid the ultimate sacrifice.

One of those ways is to complete the workout "Murph", in honor of Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy. It is a brutal workout he used to love to do...forcing you to have grit, push past your limits, and surround yourself with amazing people...all while remembering those who have fallen for our freedom.

➡️ Some of our classes leading up to Memorial Day weekend completed this workout or a version of this workout!

➡️ Two of our clients (.brittany and Julie TeSlaa) completed it as part of a event hosted at . They had been training for this event for over 2 months and they absolutely crushed it!

Thank you for everyone who came out to support them during this Memorial Day Weekend.

Why do we waste time with our fitness?

In other parts of our lives, it seems pretty straightforward when we are seeking solutions, assistance, and value.

➡️ Your pet needs help? You go to the vet.

➡️ Your car needs to run better? You go to the mechanic.

➡️ You want help with finances? You go to a financial advisor.

But, when we are seeking to improve our fitness...we have been bombarded with so much information to the point where we think we need to try every little thing first.

💡 Coaches are not here to just print out a program for you...we can all Google or Chat GPT those.

👍🏼 Good coaches learn everything about your life so we can suggest what you should spend your time, energy, and money on first. Otherwise we all might spend a lifetime trying things that just waste our time.
