Your immune system doesn't check the calendar before it gets to work.
It’s working every day, whether you're thinking about it or not.
And that's something worth remembering as routines change, kids head back to school, schedules get busier, and seasons begin to shift.
Immune health isn't something we should only think about when everyone around us starts getting sick.
It's something we can support as part of our everyday routine.
Good nutrition.
Enough sleep.
Movement.
Hydration.
Managing stress.
And making sure our bodies have the nutrients they need.
The goal isn't to react when we need support.
It's to build habits that support us before we need them.
💬 Are you more of a “preventive routine” person or a “I'll deal with it when it happens” person?
