She is traditionally recognized as one of the three sisters comprising "The Morrigan" on Celtic Battlefields. Her essence is embodied in the "Badb Catha Wreath". Measurements: 24"H x 15"W. Witches Balls have been in use since the late 1500s and early 1600s in England and Mainland Europe and were highly prevalent in Colonial New England homes as well. Said to aide in home protection, folklore says that spirits would be entranced by the ball and trap themselves inside. Most Traditional Witch Balls were blown glass. Today, some are glass and some are plastic. Many are mixed with herbs, botanicals, and crystals specific to each Witch regarding their intuition and craft. Hang in an East facing window or anywhere around the house to help beautify and protect your land and home.
