Skills include:
Excellent lab draw / phlebotomy skills — clean, confident, patient-friendly sticks

Sharp attention to detail (charting, orders, dosing, and follow-through)

A warm, upbeat personality — our patients feel it, and so does our team

Strong communication and positive attitude
