Those typical Frappuccinos people love so much have massive amounts of refined sugars in them. Not only this, but they are filled with additives, syrups, & toxins that mess with our bodily systems.

Do not fall for the scam of getting “sugar-free” alternatives, sweetened with aspartame. This is undoubtably worse than just consuming the refined sugars in the normal Frappuccinos!

Instead, we have a solution that requires little ingredients & no refined sugars. Plus, it’ll take you under 5 minutes to make. You can tone down the maple syrup, as it came out a little sweeter than we like!

What you’ll need:

1/2 cup coffee
2 cups ice cubes
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond milk or raw milk

Optional: Whipped cream & cinnamon

Steps:

Put all ingredients in a high powered blender & pulse until well blended.

Serve immediately by itself or top with some whipped cream & cinnamon!

Voila!
