Simply show up and get comfortable. You don't even have to utter a word, if you choose. Whether you are seeking grief support or not, all are welcome to this special event. Scanlan's: Where Life is Celebrated, provides a beautiful setting of serenity, making it easy to experience this offering of healing and peace. Please join me and the gifted Jill Michel, on Sunday, April 26th, at 10am.

There are still some spots open at our upcoming Guided Meditation & Sound Bath on April 26th. It is an event designed to help you gently settle your nervous system and reconnect with yourself.

Through guided meditation and the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, this experience invites the body to release tension and the mind to soften.
