Teeth whitening is peroxide based, whitens teeth up to 4/5 shades. Process takes about two hours, eat a well balanced meal before apt, come with fresh brushed teeth, you cannot eat until 2 hours after apt. Must avoid colored foods & drinks for 24hrs to a week. The longer you avoid the better results.
