Spring House Estates is one of the Philadelphia area’s most recognized retirement communities. Located in Lower Gwynedd, PA, the community's 58-acre campus is a nature lover's dream - broad, green lawns dotted with charming garden areas, embraced by mature woods. And all this while still being close to Philadelphia for nights in the city! Residents choose from one- to three-bedroom apartment homes, and each residence has either a patio or balcony. Plus, our apartments are under the same roof as our main clubhouse area, just steps away from all the wonderful amenities this community has to offer. Should a higher level of care ever become necessary, assisted living and skilled nursing care accommodations are available right on campus.

Cruise Week 2026 was a hit at Spring House Estates! 🚢 🌍

Residents picked up their boarding passes and set off on a week of fun with stops in Greece, France, and Spain, along with themed activities, special dinners, and plenty of adventures along the way. Back in Philadelphia, the trip wrapped up with local favorites like water ice and pretzels. 🥨

A morning spent with coffee, tea, and some very friendly animals? That’s a great way to start the day! ☕🐮❤️

Residents recently visited Rose Bridge Farm Sanctuary for their Coffee & Cows experience, where they enjoyed feeding, petting, and spending time with the animals. It was a fun and memorable outing that left everyone smiling and looking forward to another visit!

Guests enjoyed a TV-style cooking demonstration where our chefs showed the techniques behind a simple yet delicious salad, entrée, side, and dessert, and everyone went home with the recipes to try themselves. Our chefs truly showed what it means to cook from the heart! ❤️
