👋 ASL Storytime 😍 Join us on October 31 from 10:30 to 11:30 AM at the St. Louis Public Library Carpenter Branch for Spooky ASL Storytime with a Deaf storyteller, followed by social time and crafts for children and families. All families are welcome; an ASL interpreter will be present, and no registration is required. Video dropped! 🎥⚾ Take a look back at how we celebrated 35 years of Deaf Awareness Day with the St. Louis Cardinals!
The event was SOLD OUT and packed with memorable moments — from our pre-game gathering at Ballpark Village to De Linda Brite appearing on the Busch Stadium jumbotron, plus powerful ASL performances by Lilly Kilgore and Ryan Balmer.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this milestone so special. A special shoutout to the Missouri Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Starkloff Disability Institute, and Nothing Bundt Cakes for helping make this celebration a true grand slam! ⚾🤟
