The big leaps we take are rarely ours alone.

I’ve been fortunate to have someone beside me who has consistently encouraged me to trust myself and take the next step.

In 2008, Jeff supported me as I left the security of the corporate world to pursue work that felt more like me. When our kids were little, he supported my decision to work very part-time so I could be more present during those years—something I’ll always be grateful we were able to do.

Three years ago, he believed in my vision for Inspire Wellness and encouraged me to launch my own product line.

And this year, we took another big step together—investing a significant amount of our own money into the business and betting on the growth ahead.

Building a business can feel very personal, but it’s rarely a solo effort. Behind so many of my ideas and decisions has been someone willing to listen, encourage me and believe in what I’m building—especially during the moments when I’ve questioned myself.

I don’t take that kind of support for granted. 🤍

Here’s to the people who believe in our dreams enough to take the leap with us.

This new look means so much more to me than new colors and a new bag. It represents the standards behind every Inspire Wellness product: quality, transparency and research.

That’s why I carefully chose Peptan® collagen peptides—sourced from grass-fed, pasture-raised cattle in South America and backed by extensive clinical research.

I want you to know what you’re taking, where it comes from and why I chose it. Because you deserve supplements made with purpose—and ingredients you can genuinely trust.

The outside finally reflects the quality inside. 🤍

What do you think of our new look?

At 50, my goal isn’t to go hard every single day—it’s to keep moving, build strength and stay injury-free enough to do this for years to come. 🙌

My weekly workout routine:
🧘‍♀️ Monday: Pilates at 🏋️‍♀️ Tuesday: Strength training🚴‍♀️ Wednesday: Bike🏋️‍♀️ Thursday: Strength training🧘 Friday: Yoga

It’s a mix of strength, mobility, cardio and recovery—and it works for me in this season of life.

Nothing extreme. Just consistent movement, plenty of variety and learning to listen to my body. 🤍

Who else has shifted their routine lately & and what are you doing differently?

Sometimes I have to cook. Sometimes I need food in five minutes or less before. I’m leaving out the door again.

Keeping a few shortcuts in the fridge makes those days so much easier! Because we’re pretty good at making sure everyone else eats… And we need to be on that list too.

What’s your quick & easy to-go?

I spend a lot of time taking care of my health. This year, I wanted a better understanding of what’s happening behind the scenes.

Where am I doing well? What deserves more attention? And could I be more intentional about where I’m putting my effort?

That curiosity led me to a VO2 max test, extensive labs through Function Health, and a DEXA scan and metabolic testing at Awaken Face and Body.

My goal is to use what I learn to make more informed choices about how I eat, train, and care for myself—and keep building strength and energy for the years ahead.

A little context for the hook: these tests aren’t a replacement for routine care or recommended screenings. This was my personal experience digging deeper. 🤍

Have you ever wanted more insight into your health, but weren’t sure where to start?

The breakfast I make when I “don’t have time” for breakfast:

1 cup of your favorite milk, a banana, and Inspire Wellness Chocolate Collagen. 🍫🍌

Three ingredients, a quick blend, and I’m out the door with a creamy chocolate breakfast that actually keeps me going.

Protein ✔️
Fiber ✔️
Delicious ✔️

Save this for your next rushed morning!

If frozen strawberry lemonade is your thing, this one is SO good 🍓🍋

Sweet, tart, refreshing—and made in just a few minutes with 18g of protein + electrolytes + vitamin C.

Basically my kind of 9 to 5 afternoon pick-me-up 😉✨

Comment LEMON and I’ll send you the exact recipe!

I’m a big fan of progress over perfection.

My bedtime reminder goes off at 8:15 PM and I fully support it 😴

My collagen coffee is non-negotiable. ☕️

I’m a little obsessed with finding cleaner swaps that still taste really good.

I’m not into politics — I’m much happier when everyone gets along 💕

Apparently I’m in my country music era. 🤠

I’m kind of a homebody at heart… but I’m also always planning the next fun event, dinner, trip or vacation.

I’m a terrible desk worker and literally have to set a timer to make myself stay seated.

And I built Inspire Wellness because I couldn’t find products with ingredients I trusted that also tasted good enough to actually use every day.

So basically… collagen coffee, early bedtimes, good food, country music, wellness rabbit holes, travel plans and very limited sitting still. 😂

If any of that sounds familiar, you’re probably in the right place.

Tell me which one we have in common 👇

My afternoon pick-me-up looks a little different these days—and there’s no caffeine involved. 🙌

One of the things I didn’t expect from creatine was how much I’d notice the cognitive benefits, especially on those afternoons when my focus starts to fade.

Now I mix our Fruit Punch Creatine into my water and sip on it when I want a little afternoon lift without reaching for another coffee.

Energy for your muscles + support for your brain. 💪🧠
