I broke up with Zack during my first year of my masters program/dietetic internship 😂

I also died my hair black and we call it the dark period..

but after 7 months realized he was my person and now been together since 😭

sometimes we all need time away to reset and come to the realization ❤️

your life timeline won’t slow down.

At 29 I didn’t have a business (wish I had started sooner tho 😭)
I finallyyyy started that at 30.
I married an engineer at 31.
Had a baby at 33 and 36.

And things feel like they are just getting started ❤️

Girls, you have time for everything but start before you feel ready ok 🫶🏼

I made $45K coming out of 6 years of schooling, a masters of science degree and a year internship 😆

Landing a job and thinking you did everything right yet being devastated at the pay and trajectory???? 🙋‍♀️

THAT IS NOT OK.

Now I help health practitioners make good $$ that supports their LIFE. And usually starting their business on the side or scaling it to $20K+ months and less 1:1s as it grows.

Thankful I started my business so I actually make money that supports my family whether I’m at a desk or not ♥️

what are your random days that you found out you were pregnant or had your babies?

I still remember finding out I was pregnant after trying so hard to recover my period.

And right before we were moving from Pittsburgh to DC 😭
