They influence nearly every aspect of a woman's health from energy, mood, sleep, and metabolism to stress, focus, and overall well-being. When hormones are out of balance, your body often gives subtle clues long before more obvious symptoms appear.

This month, Grace's Nutrition is excited to host our
Women's Hormone Wellness Workshop featuring, a Hormone Specialist, who will help you better understand how hormones work, what can influence them, and practical lifestyle and nutrition strategies that support overall hormone wellness.

Before the Workshop: 3-Day Biofrequency Hormone Monitoring Experience

Instead of relying on a single scan, we are offering a unique opportunity to monitor your body's biofrequency resonance over three consecutive days.

By collecting multiple readings at the same times each day, we can observe patterns that may provide a more complete wellness baseline before the class.

For 3 consecutive days, you'll complete your scans at:
