Lean Teal! 🩵 September is Gynecologic Cancer Awareness Month!

This month, we’re raising awareness, starting conversations, and helping others feel less alone.

There are five main types of gynecologic cancer: cervical, ovarian, uterine (endometrial), vaginal, and vulvar.

All month long, we’re advocating for more conversations, more education, and making room for greater awareness in our communities. By sharing experiences and information, we can help others recognize the importance of prevention, early detection, and seeking care.

Every story has the power to educate, connect, and inspire someone else. 🩵 No one travels this road alone!

Strength training is on! 🩷🩵

We're excited about our August Maple Tree Strength Training event! This class is designed to help survivors build confidence, improve functional strength, and better understand how their bodies move. Along with guided exercises, attendees will learn about major muscle groups, proper form, and how strength training can support overall health, and everyday wellness.
