Teal One For Her is a movement to spread awareness and highlight the importance of knowing your body, understanding your health history, staying informed about screenings, and advocating for yourself and others.

Join us for a special Coffee Talk on Saturday, September 12th at 10:00 AM at the Fitton Center in Hamilton, OH!

We’re excited to welcome Janice Hudson, founder of The Gritty Canvas, who will lead a therapeutic art group created specifically for cancer survivors and thrivers.

During this session, Janice will introduce us to neurographic art using watercolors and pens. This mindful art practice can help reduce stress, encourage relaxation, and promote mindfulness. 🎨✨

No art experience is needed—just come as you are! All skill levels are welcome.
