🌳 Hiokot Hiia Huya — The Mourning Tree Project 🌳

Throughout September, the We Embrace Life (WEL) Su***de Prevention Team invites our community to come together to remember, honor, mourn, and share messages of hope for those we have lost and the losses we carry in our hearts.

💚 Mourning Trees will be available September 1–30, 2026 at four community locations. Community members are invited to write a message—a memory, reflection, message of hope, or tribute to someone who has touched their life—and place it on the Mourning Trees.

Your words can be a reminder that love, memory, and connection continue. 🌿

The Pascua Yaqui Tribe Health Services Division is pleased to offer the Traditional Healing Program, supporting culturally aligned wellness and traditional healing practices.

Services include spiritual cleansing, digestive wellness, reproductive health, ENT care, skin disorders, blood pressure and diabetes support, musculoskeletal and nerve health, and stress-related tension relief.

📢 Important Tucson Pharmacy Update

Effective September 1, 2026, the Pascua Yaqui Pharmacy will be closed on all Federal and Pascua Yaqui Tribal Holidays.

For urgent prescription needs on Tribal holidays: ✅ El Rio patients may use any El Rio Pharmacy. For assistance in finding a location, call 520-670-3909. ✅ Other patients may use a pharmacy contracted with their insurance plan.

The Pascua Yaqui Pharmacy remains open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and is located at the Pascua Yaqui Health & Social Services Family Center.
