Many family caregivers spend so much time caring for a loved one that they forget to care for themselves.

✔️ Accept help when it’s offered
✔️ Take short breaks throughout the day
✔️ Stay connected with friends and family
✔️ Don’t skip your own appointments
✔️ Remember that rest is productive, too
You can’t pour from an empty cup. Taking care of yourself helps you continue caring for the people you love.
