Anyone can float (even those who say they always sink) in a float tank! The water is super saturated with 1200 pounds of epsom salt making the water denser than your body allowing any person to float. All you have to do is let go, lay back, and relax!

Keep that post float glow going long after your float by drinking plenty of water, avoiding stressful situations, limit screen time, try to take it slow, and stay calm ✨☺️

To prepare for your float we suggest the following:

-Avoid caffeine and large meals about 90 minutes before your session
-Avoid shaving any area of the body the day of your float
-Remove your contacts
-Stay hydrated

Doing all of this helps ensure you have the best float possible!

We provide shower sandals, bath robe, bath towel, hand towel, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, ear plugs, q tips, petroleum jelly, and a neck rest for every float (if you need extra of anything please let our staff know and they are happy to get it for you.) We suggest bringing a brush/comb, any toiletries you may want for after your float, and a bag for your suit if you are planning on wearing one. You can even bring a blow dryer if you want and get ready in one of our bathrooms after your session! Other than that we have you covered :)

If you wear contacts we suggest taking them out for your float to ensure no Epsom salt water irritates them. We don’t expect any water to get in your eyes but if you touch your face and some drips toward your eyes we would hate for your contacts/eyes to be bothered.
