For more than two decades I've been dedicated to improving the lives of others. With a combination of education and training, along with professional experiences (and a few life lessons along the way), I've gained the tools to successfully guide anyone who walks through my door. As a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, an experienced human resources professional and professional teaching artist/music educator, my clients will experience unique, vibrant and life changing wellness experiences. Each has positively affected my life and I eagerly look to share these experiences with those I am honored to work with.
