Here’s a little more info on some of the new nail services we are offering:

Gel X nails are like press on nails on steroids according to Emma. The are pre shaped nails that are attached with a special bonding gel and cured under an LED lamp. Gel X lasts about 3-4 weeks then gets soaked off and a fresh nail is applied. This service is $60 and any nail designs would be an extra charge.

Builder gel comes in soft and hard gel. Soft gel is harder than gel polish creating a hard protective layer on the nail and can be soaked off. Hard gel also creates a hard protective layer and is best for brittle nails or longer nails but must be filed off. Either one can be done on natural nails or have tips added on. The cost for natural nails is $60, tips is $70, and fills are $50 and again any nail designs would be extra.

Acrylics are the og nail extension. They can be done as an overlay on natural nails or with a tip to add length. Acrylic overlay on natural nails is $60, with tips is $70, and fills are $50 and any nail designs are extra.

We are only taking models currently while we perfect our service timing, scheduling, and room layout. If you’re interested in being a model reach out to us directly via messaging for more info. Otherwise keep your eyes peeled for when we are fully offering these service!

Of course we have specials this month for teachers and nurses but we want to feature some of our awesome clients that work in those fields and thank them for doing all they do 💙

Meet Amanda 👋🏼 She is a RN care manager for an aged care organization in Racine 👩🏻‍⚕️ We asked her a few questions and get the lowdown on one of our fave nurses 🥰

What made you decide to be a nurse?
I became a nurse because I wanted to help people and make a difference in their lives even if it’s for a short time.

What's your favorite part of being a nurse?
My favorite part of nursing is seeing someone recover or meet a goal and be able to go back to where they were before they needed help.

One of the best curly hair tips we have found is to put your styling products in soaking wet hair. This helps eliminate frizz, lock in moisture, evenly distributes the product, and helps define the curls. We suggest putting the products in after conditioning in the shower and then comb/detangle afterward. Should we have the curl guru Joelle give her fave curly hair tips?

Not every laser facial transformation is drastic 😃 2 years of consistent at home quality skin care and 1-2 laser rejuvenation per year and you can’t tell the difference between the before and after 😎 This is about aging gracefully and doing preventative work with laser treatments 💁🏻‍♀️ If you have any questions about our laser facials (IPL/photofacial, laser rejuvenation, or 2D) drop them in the comments or send us a dm.
