I’m working on embodying my future self by spending time in places where she would go and doing activities that she would do.

My future self takes good care of her skin and gets regular skin treatments.

This morning I washed last night’s dishes.

Then I worked on a painting and cleaned the brushes.

My kitchen is not ready to be photographed in a magazine.

The scrubbing pad is stained. There’s a brush drying at the edge of the sink. A dish cloth is hanging on the faucet to dry. But it’s clean, functional and contains the things that make me happy and my life enjoyable.

And that’s the way it should be.

Your home should be a reflection of you. It should support your life. It should be a place you’re happy to come home to.

So, don’t chase perfection. Your house doesn’t need to look like something on Pinterest.

Allow your home to be an expression of you and your life.

Your life will feel better when you do.

I’ve been feeling overwhelmed today.

So many terrible things happening in the world right now. Wars, natural disasters, corruption, violence.

I’m feeling sad as my mother is elderly and has mild dementia. Some days I really miss who my mother used to be.

I have so much I need to do. Work on the garden, exercise, clean the house.

But I just wanted to sit and cry.

So, I did.

Then I reminded myself that it’s ok if not everything gets done today.

Or even tomorrow. Or the next day.

I reminded myself that I have friends and family who care about me.

I have tools to support myself. Emotional clearing, EFT tapping, energy balancing techniques.

I’m leading a virtual group healing session later this morning. When it’s finished, I will feel refreshed and balanced, too.

Manifesting is more than just saying daily mantras. It's also:

Decluttering things that are broken, no longer useful, don't fit the life of the person I want to become.

Cleaning my house more often, eating healthier food, getting more exercise, receiving more healing sessions, going to yoga classes regularly.

Walking in neighborhoods with big old trees and beautiful, expensive homes to get used to being in the energy field of financial abundance.
​
And my life has been changing. I'm healthier. My house feels better. Last year was the best year in my business since I started 13 years ago.
