The "grind" is not just a schedule; it is a physical state. For years, I moved so fast my breath couldn't keep up with my body... eventually leading to total burnout and an S-curve scoliosis diagnosis.

I know how it feels to be flattened like a blade of grass by the hustle. And I know the antidote.

To celebrate my birthday week, I'm opening up my studio for a rare, gender-inclusive immersion: The Spoken Sanctuary.

This is a 2-hour experience designed for unrushed presence. We will practice letting the floor hold your weight so your mind doesn't have to .

What we focus on expands, so I choose to see beauty.

This is not to diminish or erase what is unpleasant, but simply to allow, encourage, and nourish joy and goodness into expansion.

You are allowed to feel good in your body, work, and life.

As you continue to claim your own joy, I'd like to lovingly remind you:

Your joy is rebellious. It's contagious. It's generous because it flows out of you and brings light to others.

Self-leadership requires you to own, follow, and cultivate your own joy. Knowing that your joy has such a positive impact on the world around you, how will you nourish it, feed it, and tend to it today?

Sometimes, the first step to reclaiming your joy is simply letting your nervous system exhale. It's one thing to know your truth . It's another to let it take up space.

For a long time, my stories and insights lived only in the quiet of my mind or the safety of the treatment room. But, the body knows when it's time to Exhale.

Publishing this book wasn't just a 'business goal', it was truly a somatic release and a part of my own healing process.

In my mind: a clearing

In my heart: a softening

In my body: a grounded sense of "here I am"

To the women I work with..
We often hold back our voices to stay 'safe', but there is a specific kind of Vitality that only returns when we stop hiding.

There is a specific kind of 'glow' that happens when a woman stops fighting her own body and finally decides to land in it.

Last week at Flaming Heart, the air and the ground beneath our feet felt different. As my clients practiced the brave art of surrender, I watched the tension of 'doing' melt into the frequency of 'being.'

What I’m noticing is this beautiful, dual effect: a deep grounding into the truth of the body, paired with an elevated sense of clarity and an enlivened spirit. It’s the feeling of finally having both feet on the earth while your inner world feels vibrant and awake.

When we recalibrate our internal world, the Earth meets us there. We stop pushing against life and start moving with those gentle waves of new energy.

I’m still carrying the warmth of these shifts into this new week. If your body is asking for a recalibration, I am here to hold that space for you.
