Most people don’t know this about me…
Before I became a coach and started 2PiFit, I was battling a severe case of undiagnosed Lyme disease.
In 2013, my health completely changed. I was exhausted, frustrated, overwhelmed, and knew something was wrong with my body — but I didn’t have answers yet.
That season of my life became the turning point.
Through fitness, nutrition, lifestyle changes, and a complete mindset shift, I slowly started rebuilding my health from the inside out. And along the way, I realized something important:
So many women are struggling silently.
They’re exhausted.
They don’t feel like themselves.
They’re constantly putting their health last.
And they’ve been told that feeling rundown is just “part of life.”
That experience is one of the biggest reasons I created 2PiFit.
Not to promote quick fixes.
Not to chase extremes.
But to help women build real strength, sustainable habits, confidence, energy, and long-term health.
Lyme disease changed my life.
But it also gave me purpose.
And while I would never wish that experience on anyone, I’m grateful for the perspective it gave me and the women it allows me to help today. 💚
