After three years, I can finally say..
I FINISHED MY BOOK! 📖✨
(You may not be able to purchase until Sept 3rd or 4th) As of right now it will be available as an ebook, but I will later have it available as a paperback.

Tonight, after 5 long hours, I officially completed the final steps and published something that I started three years ago.

It feels amazing to finally be able to say that it’s DONE. There were so many times over these past 3 years when this book got pushed to the side and I wondered if I would ever actually finish it..but tonight, I did.

I’m sharing a beginning page with this post so you can get a little glimpse into the book and what it’s about.

I hope that those of you who feel drawn to it will pick up a copy, and that somewhere within these pages you find something that speaks to you, inspires you, or helps you along your own journey.

The word Reiki does not seem to encompass the work I do. I LOVE bringing so much more to your sessions. Whether it’s gentle shaking/pushing, stretching, tuning forks, channeling messages, etc..

Soon I will also be adding sound. What does that look like? Drumming, chimes, crystal bowls, and more, will be added, to all ALCHEMY SESSIONS. Yes, even though Reiki is part of what I do, that’s all it is, a part. So I will no longer be calling the sessions, Reiki Sessions.

Alchemy = transformation. Turning
what was into what can be.
It can represent transformation, transmutation, rebirth, evolution, and turning something heavy or difficult into wisdom, growth, or something valuable.

This is what my intention is for you❤️

Not too long ago, a client came to see me for an energy healing session. While I was working on her, I kept getting a strange taste in my mouth.

One of the intuitive abilities I have is called clairgustance, which means “clear tasting.” This is when I experience a taste in my mouth connected to what I’m picking up on energetically from the client I’m working on.

I intuitively knew that the taste was connected to something she was ingesting that her body wasn’t agreeing with. When I told her what I was picking up on, she told me that she takes different supplements, and I knew something wasn’t adding up with them, however I wasn’t going to be able to pinpoint exactly which one it was.

I told her about a chiropractor who also practices kinesiology and suggested she make an appointment to see if they could narrow it down.

And now, just today, I just received this message from her. ❤️

This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced something like this during a session. Our bodies communicate in so many different ways, and I feel incredibly grateful that while working with someone’s energy, I’m able to pick up on these things.

Did you know that you don’t have to be physically in the same room with me to receive an energy healing session?

During a distant session, I intuitively connect with you and work with the energy in and around your body..guiding it, moving it and directing it to where I feel it’s needed. I focus on different levels of the body, including physical, emotional, mental and, of course, energetic.

I’ve worked with people who live outside of Iowa, and today I’m actually doing a session for someone who lives in New York!

You don’t have to do anything special to prepare for your session. If you’re busy, you can simply go about your day and do whatever you need to do. Or, if you have the time, you can find a comfortable place to lie down, relax and allow yourself to receive that way.

I’ve had people tell me that while they’re relaxed during a session, they can feel different sensations, movement or shifts within their body as I’m working.

While I’m doing your session, I record myself talking through everything in real time..where I’m working, what I’m feeling or seeing, what I’m drawn to and anything else that comes through. I send the recordings to you in sections as I go, and they can be sent through text or Facebook Messenger, whichever you prefer.

So if you feel like you could use some energy work but you don’t live nearby, or you’re simply unable to come in for an in-person session, please reach out to me. Distance doesn’t have to stop us from working together. ✨

Would anyone be interested in learning Reiki? ✨

🎥 The class will be recorded, as I’ll also be offering pre-recorded Reiki classes online in the future. Because of this, anyone attending would need to be comfortable with being on camera.

I’ve been feeling the pull to begin teaching Reiki again, but before I start putting classes together, I’d love to see if there’s interest!

This could be for those wanting to learn Reiki for the first time OR anyone who has already been trained and would like a refresher course. 💜

UPDATE:
I’ve officially changed my 60 minute massages to 70 minute massages (✨price stays the same) because sometimes an hour just isn’t quite enough. 😊

RELAXING 70 minute massages infused with Reiki are available August 19th, 20th & 21st! Message me for available times and we’ll set something up for you. 💆‍♀️✨

FYI: I do not offer deep tissue massage. My massages are focused on relaxation, with Reiki infused throughout the session. Don’t want the Reiki added? That’s ok too. 🤍

Only want Reiki? Same dates as above available. 👏👏
