There’s a reason they call it the Cadillac.

Originally known as the Trapeze Table, it’s one of the most versatile and beautiful pieces of Pilates equipment ever created.

One moment you’re stretching. The next you’re balancing, strengthening, twisting, or floating through the air with the support of your grip and the softest lambswool fuzzies. Maybe that’s why they call it the Cadillac. 😉

It reminds me that movement doesn’t always have to feel rigid or serious.

Sometimes movement can feel playful.
Sometimes it can feel graceful.
Sometimes it can even feel a little bit like flying.

And that’s part of the magic. ✨
