Vicki has been such a dedicated part of Move. She shows up, she moves with us, she sings our praises outside of the studio, and she’s become such a special part of our Move Club community in so many ways. This one feels pretty dang fitting. 🥹

The sweetest little birthday wish. 🥹💗

She’s been dreaming of joining her mom + grandma for Pilates at MOVE, so for her birthday, we finally got to make it happen!

She came dressed in her favorite little outfit, we obviously had to match the studio lights accordingly 💅🏼, and she got her very own Pilates session at Move with Miah.

That smile says it ALL. 🥹

We’re pretty lucky to get to make little dreams come true + welcome the next generation of movers around here.

I think sometimes we forget what it really means to support a small business.

When you choose to move with us, you’re not just paying for a Pilates class. You’re supporting a business that gets to turn around and pour that support right back into the community we all live in.

Because of you, MOVE WITH MIAH gets to say yes to things like this.

We get to support Wessy’s Wonder Foundation. We get to support the FIRE Foundation. We get to donate to local families, fundraisers, events and organizations doing really important work right here in our own community.

And I don’t say that for a pat on the back. I say it because you are a part of that… and I truly cannot thank you enough.

Every class you take. Every membership. Every private session. Every piece of MOVE merch. Every time you choose a small, local business instead of somewhere else — you’re helping make it possible for that business to give back.

Small businesses may never have the marketing budgets, resources or buying power of billion-dollar companies. But I genuinely believe the impact we can make within our own communities carries a different kind of weight.

Okayyyy Don Bosco Girls Volleyball. 👏🏼🏐

What an absolute JOY getting to move with this incredibly in-tune group of young women.

We talked about how Pilates can support them as athletes…body awareness, control, strength, coordination + the ability to really understand what their bodies are doing, and we put it into practice in real time!

And yes, some new muscles were discovered along the way. 😂“I can’t believe how much you can do with your own body.” “I used muscles I didn’t even know I had!”
