There is a quiet principle underneath so much of this work. The body is built to self-regulate, and much of healing comes down to clearing what stands in the way of that…

Coherence is the state where the body’s signals are clear and its systems are communicating in rhythm. When that communication holds, the physical, emotional & energetic terrain can work together rather than pulling against each other.

So much of chronic illness reflects what happens when that coherence is disrupted, by stress, toxic load, or emotional patterns the body has not been able to move through.

The work, then, is less about forcing an outcome and more about restoring the conditions where the body can find its way back.

YOU ARE NOT BECOMING SOMEONE ELSE ✨ YOU ARE REMEMBERING WHO YOU WERE BEFORE LIFE TAUGHT YOU TO HIDE ✨ TWO DAYS TO THE PISCES LUNAR ECLIPSE • AUGUST 26, 2026

Dear friends, perhaps healing has never been about becoming a completely different person. Perhaps some of our deepest healing happens in the opposite direction. We gradually release the fears we accumulated, the roles we learned to perform, the expectations we inherited, and the protective layers we once needed to survive. And underneath all of that, something remarkably familiar begins to appear. Not a new you, but a more authentic you that has been waiting beneath everything life taught you to carry.

Today the Moon continues its journey through Pisces, carrying us toward Friday’s Full Moon Lunar Eclipse and the closure of the second and final Eclipse Corridor of 2026. We are now only two days away, and the emotional landscape of this eclipse may begin feeling more present. Pisces is the final sign of the zodiac, associated with completion, surrender, compassion, intuition, and the dissolving of boundaries. It is a fitting place for an eclipse arriving at the end of a corridor that has already asked many of us to reconsider what still belongs in the life we are creating.

There is also something beautiful in the astronomy itself. During a Lunar Eclipse, the Earth moves between the Sun and the Moon, allowing Earth’s shadow to fall across the lunar surface. And perhaps we can borrow that image as a metaphor for our own inner journey. What happens when our own light encounters the shadows we have accumulated around it? Not so we can fight those shadows, but so we can finally see what they have been covering.

Many of the layers we carry were once useful. The heart that learned to protect itself may have had good reason. The person who became endlessly responsible may once have needed to hold everything together. The voice that became smaller may have learned that being fully seen was not always safe. Healing does not require us to judge those previous versions of ourselves. We can thank them for bringing us this far without asking them to decide how far we are allowed to go next.

And perhaps this is one of the deeper invitations of Friday’s Pisces Eclipse. Water does not need to force its way back into its natural shape. Remove what contains it, and it remembers how to flow. Something similar can happen within us. Beneath years of expectations, disappointments, responsibilities, adaptations, and old stories, our essential nature may still be remarkably intact. Divine Intelligence has not forgotten the original light within us simply because life placed a few layers around it.

Perhaps healing is not about adding more light to who you are. Perhaps it is about releasing what has been standing between you and the light that was already there. Have a beautiful day. Daily Message

Sometimes what feels like a crisis is simply a tired mind asking for rest.

When we are exhausted, everything can feel heavier. Doubts become louder, fear feels like intuition, and shadows can look like truth. But not every thought deserves an answer simply because it arrived.

Come back to yourself.

Breathe. Rest. Step away from the need to figure everything out right now. Let your nervous system soften before you ask your soul for direction.

You do not have to solve your life from the middle of your exhaustion.

Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is surrender the question for a while and trust that clarity will meet you when you are grounded enough to receive it.

Rest first. Listen second. Decide when your inner waters are still.

What feels overwhelming in the darkness may look completely different when you meet it in the light.

“Amplifying Voices:

In the realm of healing and trauma, the profound ritual named Wičháhpi Wóyute - "star feeding"
— hails from the sacred traditions of the Lakota people. This ritual exemplifies a unique approach to addressing pain that steers away from analysis, instead fostering physical engagement.

Lakota healers practiced a powerful technique where stones symbolized memories or trauma.
Participants would carry these stones to a river, releasing them while verbalizing the associated memory. The last stone was retained, serving as
a testament that the grief was acknowledged, not erased.

For years, rituals like this were sidelined as unscientific. However, contemporary trauma research reveals a pivotal truth: Insight alone doesn't resolve pain — acknowledgment, sensation, and completion do. They always knew this before it was colonized.

Yet now trauma research shows this as something important:

The nervous system doesn't resolve pain through insight alone.
It resolves through acknowledgment, sensation, and completion.

When physical release is paired with verbal expression, both hemispheres of the brain are engaged.
The body receives a clear signal: the memory exists, it's been witnessed, and it's no longer
dangerous.

That's why modern somatic therapies work.
And why ritualized release has existed across cultures for thousands of years.

A simple modern adaptation:

1. Gather a few small objects (stones, paper, anything tangible)
2. Let each one represent a painful memory or feeling
3. Go somewhere natural — water, earth, open space
4. Hold each object and speak the memory aloud
5. Release it physically (throw, bury, tear)
6. Keep one object as a witness - your nervous system needs proof it was acknowledged

Lakota wisdom says:
"The wound that's held grows. The wound that's released heals."

Your nervous system doesn't need endless analysis.

It needs signals of safety, completion, and release.

Most people are still carrying stones from decades ago.

Start with one.
Notice what your body does next.”
