In all seriousness… we have some pretty incredible technology at our fingertips. From digital scans and 3D-printed models to printing temporary resin full-arch cases right here in our office, these tools allow our team to plan, create, and execute some pretty complex dentistry with incredible precision.

There’s a whole lot of skill, planning, and attention to detail that goes into cases like these—we take the dentistry seriously. But ourselves? Well, we still manage to have a little fun along the way. 😂🦷

𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵!

One of the things we love most about our office is that we truly believe in the treatments we recommend, and we trust them enough to use them ourselves.

Dr. Lansing has been wearing a custom sleep appliance for years, and when it came time for a replacement, there was no question who he’d see. Today, Dr. McDonald completed his scans so Dr. Lansing can continue getting the quality sleep that’s so important for his overall health.

As parents, spouses, and healthcare providers, we know that good sleep isn’t a luxury—it’s the foundation for showing up as our best selves. Whether that’s for our families, our patients, or simply feeling better every day, it matters.

We love getting to care for one another just as much as we care for our patients.

A little behind-the-scenes from our own team! 💙

Our restorative hygienist, Taerrah, brought her girls in for their checkups this week, and they both did an amazing job!

✨ Calan is cavity-free and is currently finishing palatal expansion treatment with Dr. McDonald.

✨ Leeah had one tiny “sugar bug” cavity repaired (which explains the adorable half-smile from being a little numb in the first photo 😄), she’ll be starting palatal expansion with Dr. McDonald soon, too.

One of the things we’re most proud of at Cascade Advanced Dentistry is the experience our team brings to caring for children and families.

6 years at the office, and truly one of the most positive, hardworking people you’ll meet! You’ll find her chairside during your procedures—calm, capable, and always making sure you’re taken care of every step of the way 💕

She’s also our “𝒕𝒆𝒎𝒑 𝒒𝒖𝒆𝒆𝒏” 👑 and recently completed her 𝑝ℎ𝑙𝑒𝑏𝑜𝑡𝑜𝑚𝑦 𝑐𝑒𝑟𝑡𝑖𝑓𝑖𝑐𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛, meaning she’s right there with you from diagnosis to procedure during PRF treatments… we are so lucky and proud to have one of our dental assistants be a familiar face the whole way through your dental health journey 🥰
