If your wellness routine requires a spreadsheet, a binder, and three hours a week, we need to talk about what’s actually happening. 😂
Taking care of yourself is one thing.
Feeling like you need a project management system just to keep up with your supplements, protein, steps, sleep, hormones, ingredients, water, workouts, and whatever wellness rule you learned this week is another.
And if you’re doing ALL of that and still don’t feel good?
AND THEN you’re shaming yourself because somehow you’ve decided the problem is that you’re still not trying hard enough?
We need to change the job description.
Here’s what you can do:
→ Stop adding new things for a minute. More variables make it harder to tell what’s actually helping.
→ Pick the 2–3 basics that make the biggest difference in how you feel and get consistent with those.
→ Pay attention to patterns instead of individual bad days. What keeps showing up? What seems to make things better or worse?
→ Before you add another supplement, food rule, tracker, or health hack, ask: What problem am I actually trying to solve with this?
→ Give yourself permission to stop doing the things that aren’t clearly helping you.
And if you’ve simplified and you’re STILL stuck, that’s where we can help.
Here’s how we can help:
Instead of giving you another list of things to manage, we help you figure out what your body is actually asking for.
We look at your symptoms together, identify the patterns underneath them, and use Nutrition Response Testing to determine what your body needs so we can build a plan around you.
Because the goal isn’t to get better at managing your health.
It’s to get your health to a place where it requires a whole lot less managing.
