Mission: We harness the power of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to ensure that every child with autism or other neurodiverse profiles can find their voice to communicate effectively and with meaning, form positive and reci

procal connections with others, and develop the skills to shape the world around them as they see fit, so that they can live a life they value. Vision: Our vision is that every learner who walks through our doors leaves with fewer barriers and more tools to communicate, self-advocate, form meaningful relationships, and shape their world. Core Values:

Compassion - We believe in a diverse, inclusive culture, and we strive to create an environment full of acceptance, kindness, and empathy where people are comfortable being their true selves. For families, this also means accepting their children just the way they are, with an emphasis on support and teaching, as opposed to changing them to fit a “typical” mold. We want to lead with kindness and compassion in all of our interactions with each other, while working hard to avoid rushing to judgment or applying blame. Integrity - The foundational elements of this value are responsibility, accountability, and adherence to ethical practices. Our field has a robust ethical code which we strive to adhere to closely. Excellence - We operate at the front of the curve, always forward-thinking in our approach. We strive to be a leader in the field with respect to quality of service (although we can’t ignore quantity from a business perspective). We want to do it better than anyone else. Evolution - We are forever learning, ready to lean into discomfort and face challenges as we seek to grow in meaningful, impactful ways. We are not afraid to try new things or make mistakes; the potential for learning and growth is always worth the risk. Sustainability - It’s all about balance. We balance planning for the future while appreciating the moments along the way. We work hard, but it’s important that we have fun doing it. We want to foster a team culture where we all support each other while balancing the needs of the individual.

Vermonters, please complete this NEW opportunity for your voice to be heard 📣

Make your voice heard on Medicaid policy changes in Vermont! https://www.casproviders.org/advocacy-and-public-policy

Recent changes to Vermont Medicaid ABA policies have reduced therapy hours, increased cancellations, grown waitlists, created provider staffing challenges, led to fewer providers accepting Medicaid, and created concerns about service reductions and program closures.

Providers have reported reducing services, pausing new Medicaid intakes, discharging children from treatment, and even closing locations as they struggle to continue serving Medicaid beneficiaries.

State leaders need to hear directly from Vermont families about how these policy changes are affecting children.

It takes less than two minutes to help. https://www.casproviders.org/advocacy-and-public-policy

🧠 Considering and learning from different perspectives is the name of the game here at Keene Perspectives. The KP team read 's book, Life on the Bridge: Linking My World to Yours as an Autistic Therapist, this spring and cannot recommend it enough! The team was also in for a little surprise, each book was signed by Kaelynn 👀 🖊!

"Autism awareness is when you know who I am. Autism acceptance is when you're glad to see me." -Kaelynn Partlow-

The KP team took to the mountains in early May to attend 's Annual Conference at !

It was an incredible opportunity for growth and connection. We had the privilege of learning from some amazing minds:

👉Jen Farris, who taught us how to reflect and reframe our own behavior as intervention implementers.

👉 Dr. Becca Tagg, who walked us through a framework for navigating clinical complexity, supporting individuals with multiple diagnoses, and ensuring we never "lose our dinosaur"—tapping right back into the passion that drives us every day. 🦖❤️

🍝 To top it all off, the food was spectacular, the company was wonderful, and the views were gorgeous. We even watched folks skiing and snowboarding down the very last swath of snow on the mountain while we learned! 🏂❄️
