🚴Just back from 200 miles of music, movement, and crawfish 🦐

Cycle Zydeco took me through the heart of Louisiana—biking by bayous, dancing to Zydeco, and sharing meals with people from all walks of life.

❓What stood out most? The riders.

All ages. All sizes. Some fully fit, others riding with braces or recovering from surgeries. They came not to compete—but to participate. And they did.

As a physical therapist, I was reminded how movement belongs to everyone. You’re never too old, too injured, or too “out of shape” to take a first step.

😄From Cody: I have been blessed to be able to follow my dream and work in the greatest profession I could have ever hoped for: physical therapist ( or physio for those in the UK or Australia). There is never a day I dread coming to the office to see patients and help people stay mobile and active🚴‍♀️🏃🏿‍♀️! I’m thankful every day to get to do something I love, and I love the team and patients I work with.
