Migraines, insomnia, irritable bowel symptoms, hormone disturbances, joint pain and autoimmune conditions often resolve quickly under her guidance. She also counsels on preventative care to decrease the incidence of viral and bacterial infections, cancer, osteoporosis and mental decline. In addition to meeting one-on-one with her patients and clients, Julie offers a variety of lively classes about herbs, herbal preparations and foraging. Julie is a licensed physical therapist, a certified herbal consultant, a certified Heart Math practitioner and a certified yoga instructor. She is currently working toward certification in functional medicine from the Institute for Functional Medicine. She lives in Frederick County, Virginia.
