Dobson Health & Wellness is closed today because our favorite tiny CEO, Mirah, had surgery and Nurse Nel is officially on private duty… aka MOM duty. 💕👩‍⚕️➡️👩‍👧

The good news? Surgery went well, and Mirah is recovering.

The even better news? We captured some absolutely hilarious post-anesthesia commentary that was too good not to share. 🤣🎥

Many of us eat portions that are much larger than what our bodies actually need. Learning to:

💨 “Sulfur burps” on a GLP-1 medication? Yep… let’s talk about it 😭😂

If your burps suddenly smell like rotten eggs while taking medications like semaglutide or tirzepatide… you’re not alone 👀

“SULFUR BURPS” can happen with GLP-1 medications because these meds slow stomach emptying, which may cause food to sit longer in the stomach and create gas buildup 🥴

Common triggers can include:
🍟 Greasy or fried foods
🥤 Carbonated drinks
🍕 Overeating
🥚 Sulfur-rich foods (like eggs, broccoli, cabbage, onions)
