This woman in her mid-thirties wanted to enhance the appearance of her abdomen, flanks, and buttocks, but did not want to proceed with a tummy tuck currently. She and Dr. Howell discussed her options, and she chose to have liposuction of the abdomen and flanks with BBL (fat) injections to the buttocks. Together, they decided she would be a great candidate for an abdominoplasty with liposuction to the flanks with a right breast reduction and left breast lift. She had various cosmetic facial surgeries performed by other providers years prior and discussed these with Dr. Howell. This patient in her mid-40’s wanted to improve the appearance of her abdomen, flanks and inner thighs as well as enhance her buttocks. She and Dr. Howell chose to proceed with liposuction and SmartLipo to the abdomen, flanks and inner thighs in combination with BBL fat injections to the buttocks. She could have benefited from excision of the excess abdominal skin, but she did not want to do that at this time. She is pleased with her decision and her result, and is shown before and about 3 months after her surgery.
