Victoria is passionate about helping teens and young adults navigate challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, behavioral concerns, life transitions, and substance use recovery. She believes therapy should be a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore the deeper roots of their emotions, behaviors, and patterns while feeling supported every step of the way.

Known for her warm, welcoming, and often humorous approach, Victoria tailors therapy to each individual's needs using evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and IFS-informed interventions. She also enjoys incorporating creative and expressive outlets such as art, music, games, and hands-on activities to foster insight, healing, and personal growth.
