What an incredible turnout for Pink Shirt Day! đź’—

Last week, teams across all seven Greendale Physical Therapy clinics joined forces to support the American Cancer Society for Global PT Day of Service.

We are thrilled to announce that, thanks to your generosity, we raised $1,300 to support this important cause!

Our team flooded us with photos, and we just couldn't resist sharing a few more highlights! 📸

To everyone who rocked their pink, donated, or helped spread the word: thank you for making a difference with us. đź’•

MCPHS student Courtney DiPilato had her first clinical rotation with CI Ryan Poulin from Greendale Physical Therapy. Courtney mentioned that this clinical rotation solidified her desire to pursue outpatient orthopedic physical therapy after she graduates.

We are very happy to have had Courtney complete her clinical with us and we wish her nothing but the best as she finishes up with school! 🎉👍🏼

Cupping with movement—often called dynamic cupping, moving cupping, or myofascial decompression—is a physical therapy technique where suction cups are placed on the skin and actively glided or combined with body movements to release tight fascia and improve flexibility.

How does it work? Suction lifts the skin, fascia, and upper muscle layers instead of pushing down like traditional massage.

Tissue Gliding: This breaks adhesions between tissue layers and restores smooth sliding motion to the muscles and joints.
