As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Functional Nutrition Practitioner, I’ve spent years studying the connection between nutrition, mental health, and overall wellness. My passion is helping people look beyond symptom management and better understand what may be contributing to fatigue, brain fog, digestive issues, skin concerns, inflammation, and other chronic health challenges.

Through my Root Cause Reset program, I use a personalized, whole-person approach to help clients identify underlying imbalances and create realistic nutrition and lifestyle strategies that support lasting health.

Forever the student 🤓📚

Most people see a stack of textbooks and feel overwhelmed… I get excited.

Starting my next class with The Metabolic Approach to Cancer and genuinely fascinated by how much there is to learn about metabolism, healing, and the interconnectedness of the body.

The deeper I go into this work, the more I realize how important it is to stay curious, keep learning, and continue challenging what we think we know.

Being a nerd is definitely part of the job description over here 😂✨

In between workshops, I was blessed to have the ability to snorkel and observe some of the beautiful seascape of the island of St. Croix. An entire world exists just beneath the surface of our view. Sometimes we just need to get on their level to see it.

We closed out our final workshop, From Retreat Life to Real Life, with something powerful—Release & Reset.

After a week of learning, reflecting, and reconnecting, we took time to get clear on what we’re not carrying back with us. Old patterns, expectations, pressure, anything that no longer supports where we’re going.

We wrote it down, released it into the fire, and made space to move forward with more intention.

Because real change isn’t just about what you add in—it’s also about what you’re willing to let go of.

Grateful to be part of this experience and witness so much growth.

There is something so beautiful about bringing people together from different places and watching real connection unfold. 💜

Tonight’s sunset sail was the perfect evening — laughter, conversation, ocean breezes, and the feeling that this retreat family has known each other far longer than just a few days. Grateful for this incredible group, this beautiful island, and the reminder of how meaningful human connection truly is.
