Many people become diligent in seeking Ruqyah only after they are afflicted, yet neglect the very supplications that the Prophet ﷺ taught as a means of daily protection. Prevention is always better than cure. Just as we lock our doors before sleeping, we should protect our hearts and souls with the adhkār prescribed in the Qur’an and Sunnah.
